Secondly, this is an excellent lens considering it\'s price. I am a professional photographer and was at first reluctant to get a prosumer lens. I was very suprised at its overall performance and sharpness, I could use this lens for most non critical commercial shots and get the result I can get with some $7000 f2.8 zooms. I tested this Nikkor on a D3s at 24Mpixel NEF files and did some comparisons against other Pro Nikkors and was very surprised, shooting at this resolution shows up flaws in lenses. For the price difference to a Pro Nikkor it is an excellent 1 lens fits all setup and for any casual shooter or semi pro photographer I would highly recommend it.
