Warranty and Support
All BecexTech products are guaranteed defect-free as we tested the products before we sell it to the market. We have our own Technical support, who are knowledgeable with the products we sold. BecexTech will provide a free support during warranty period.
Furthermore, the warranty will be equivalent to manufacturer warranty.
What to do in case of item is fault?
BecexTech suggested you to contact us firstly. We had been able to fix 30% of the product defect with simple repair over the email.
All items will be inspected with the consideration of following aspects before it can be repaired:
• Fault
• Physical Damage
• Warranty Expired or Voided
Items found to be damaged, without fault or out of warranty will be returned back to the customers with AU$35.00 charge, payable on return. BecexTech reserve the right to reject the warranty. All faulty items sent to BecexTech must be accompanied the following:
• Original Invoice/ Online Invoice issued by BecexTech
• Sufficient fault description written clearly on RA Card
• Sufficient packaging protection
Items not meeting these requirements will be returned at a $10.00 charge, payable on return. The duration of repairing process depends on the availability of the damaged parts, software, etc. Once the faulty product has been fixed, the customer may be notified by email for pick-up or the items will be sent directly to the customer.

What to do in case of breakdown if i bought Australian stock?
Items marked as AU stock on title are Australian stocks and therefore customers may be able to contact the local authorized service center for warranty work.
